How can I enable pre purchase?

Hello,

When configuring the dates for my product I am not given the option to enable Pre Purchase. How can I configure that?

To enable pre-purchase on your product, the process should look like this:

  • In your dev portal, select your product, and navigate to Epic Games Store > Offers

  • Pick the proper sandbox

  • Open your offer, and the pre-purchase field should be available there

  • Once all values are set, you should be able to review and publish

In case the option for pre-purchase is not there, it’s possible that the function is not available for your product at this time. For full details on this process, please check the related dev guide.

I have read the wiki pages but for some reason the option is not there on this Offer. If the option to make an Offer available for pre-purchase is not there, how do we enable it?
