How can i do setup an animation using line trace hit point locaton?

Hi,

I want to setup a cutting animation will hit on the location of apple(My linetrace setup is done) but I have no knowledge about how to implement this on animation blueprints.

Should I use IK’s or can someone help me out to how I can do with anim blueprints?
Can somebody show me a point?

I have procedural mesh compnent on Apple actor and i can slice that. The problem is playing the cutting animation to the that point on the apple. I am looking for an animation blueprint or the inverse kinematics solution. Thanks for reply but that is not what I looking for.
