I already did everything when setting up a team with a friend, but syncing is the project is the problem. When I try to sync it does not allow me because it says my “Directory could not be created because the OS’s ransomware protection prevented this (C:\Users\Anas\Documents\Fortnite Projects\TestBuild1_.urc).” and I do not know what to do. Also happens when I try to open revision controll.

Try (temporarily) disabling your Windows Ransomware Protection. See here for example: How to Enable or Disable Ransomware Protection in Windows 10 & 11 - MajorGeeks, especially the Controlled Folder Access.
