How can I dedicate only a number of threads to build process?

Hi,
I would like to know an easy way to instruct the UBT to only use 1 or 2 threads to build everything.
Sometimes I’d like to have a slow build running in background while I use the PC for other stuff. But building allocates all the CPU time and everything else is really slow.

Is there any parameter to do that?
