How can I create such a control proxy rig?

This scene was from the Unreal 5.4 livestream (1:52:11) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zcn02-buMsQ&t=6731s. I want to create a controllable character that can move with one proxy controller like that. I’ve looked through the community and Googled it, but there isn’t much information. Does anyone know how to implement this with ControlRig?
