You should use/configure the build-in vignette post-processing. Drop a Post Process Volume in your scene and configure Vignette under Scene Color (Vignette Color is hidden in the Advanced options inside Scene Color) Check Unbound in Post Process Volume to get the effect everywhere in your Level.
