how can i create a 15km x 15km map?

I am very new to this and I want to create a 15km by 15km and I don’t know how to do it

A 15km map in World Partition is a size of 15301x15301.
Use some terrain software like TerreSculptor to create a new heightmap of that size.
Export it as PNG 16-bit. Then import it into the Unreal Engine Landscape mode.
There are hundreds of tutorials on YouTube showing how to do this.
