How can i convert an old twinmotion file (2016) to a newer version?

From what I could gather around the community, Twinmotion 2016 is no longer compatible with UE. Still, support should still be available up to 2019, which can be used as a bridge.
So, the process would be to install Twinmotion 2019, use it to open the old file, and save it to the modern format. Once you have that, you can export it to UE, following the process below:
