At this link: Visit Unreal Engine Support for Help and Customer Service - Unreal Engine there are two options for support. The community option or “Log in” it says for Epic Support. So I click login and then it says “The resource you are looking for cannot be found. Please try accessing your community [here]” Seems even the technical support site has crashed? What a mess lol. Is there anyone from Epic that is a UE expert that fields technical support questions? Even if need to pay to talk to someone?

Yeah this is ridiculous. I’ve been trying to contact support but the page is literally bugged. Embarrassing.
You usually have to go to UDN. Epic Games only deals with the chosen ones there. I don’t go there myself anymore. I find it hypocritical. A lot of knowledge about what’s out there doesn’t even have to be under NDA and it doesn’t have to be secret (eg: world building knowlege).
I’m having troubles there too. I went to their “support page”:

I’s like there’s no actual support page for Unreal Engine. There’s literally no way to directly contact these people. I even tried Epic Games Support, and gotten nothing but, “Kindly wait for a reply on the Unreal Engine’s end since you’re having issues, on the to further assist you and investigate the issue”. Then they closed my ticket. That was yesterday. If they don’t get to me soon (if what that person said is correct), I’m going to be in a major jam.
I’ve been having problems with Epic Games support for a long time. I wrote a message to UDN at the end of last year. After a while I got a message from the UDN saying that the UDN didn’t have time to help and I had to write in the forum. I wrote in the forum. I didn’t get a response for a very long time until I spammed my post. Suddenly I was helped. A few days ago I had another problem with UE 5.4.1. and hope for help in the forum. After 2 days I wrote my opinion in my post. A short time later the post was removed by the moderator. The moderator wrote me a private message and wrote that if I write a post like that again, action will be taken. I still haven’t received any help yet. Instead, the mail will be deleted. In Germany they say that you will be muzzled. This means that some people don’t want to read the opinion. Especially when you’re right. Now of course I’m faced with a big problem that no one wants to help with.
