How can I change the default Point of View setting in the game?

Hi,
I can adjust the Point of View in the Unreal 4 Editor. No problem. But when I start the game, the Point of view is always set to 90 degree. How can I change this default value permanently to 45 degree?

What you use for camera?

I do not use any camera. Thats the problem. I need only to change thoe POV in the game constantly to 45 degrees- I cannot find any option to change this.
