How can I change material elements?

So on importing a mesh from blender, the my first material index got moved to fifth. I don’t know why it imported like that, but I want to know if there’s a way to change the material element number. Please help me.

I don’t know if you can change the index but u can change the slot name in the mesh details

and use later instead of the index:

[Fallerrr]
