How can I avoid Windows 10?

I have a AMD 760K Athlon quad core CPU, it taps out at 100% on all 4 cores in Battlefield 4. Do you all think that DX 12 is really going to help this CPU?

For Battlefield 4, no. For Battlefield 5, maybe.
