How can I attach a Brush to the floor?

Hello,

I’m following a tutorial to learn how to use UE4, but, the tutorial ask to press “Fin” to attach the brush to the floor, the problem is that the input “Fin” has been changed and select the last Model in the World Outliner.

So i’m searching the input to quickly attach a brush the floor (StaticMeshActor).

Thanks for reading, aDaxxas

PS : I’m french, so sorry for bad english, ask if you want more details :).

Do you mean Attach or just set location of mesh aligment? In second case, just select the mesh and press “end” on keyboard.

In first case, you select the static mesh , drag and drop into “Floor” , in the viewport (right up corner list) and you see the static mesh and the “floor” attached together

I hope this helps. If not, post a screenshoot , please

Hello,

I mean mesh aligment, but when I press “End” (=Fin) it don’t do that, here is some screenshots :

Before I press “End” http://puu.sh/jAhjC/1fbdab5d46.jpg

After : http://puu.sh/jAhr0/30e708bf97.jpg

if you don’t see the difference, look in the world outliner.

Thanks for answers, aDaxxas.

I not able to reproduce this…Try to change mode from “subtractive” to “additive” and see if make some difference when you press Fin

now i able to reproduce this. I think is some bug…i really don´t know. But i resolve this by typing the transform number direct in properties of the brush.
