How can I appeal a permanent Hyperwallet suspension caused by an incorrect proof of address?

Hello Epic Developer Community,

I’m looking for guidance regarding my Epic Games Pay (Hyperwallet) account.

During the address verification process, I accidentally uploaded the wrong proof of address. My Hyperwallet account was subsequently permanently suspended.

I contacted Epic Games Support, and they confirmed that I am no longer eligible to reapply for the Fortnite Developer Program because of this suspension.

I have the correct proof of address available and would like to resolve this issue through the official process.

I would appreciate clarification on the following questions:

  1. Is there an official appeal process for a permanently suspended Hyperwallet account?

  2. Can Hyperwallet reopen my verification so I can submit the correct document?

  3. If the suspension cannot be reversed, is it possible for Epic Games to authorize a replacement Hyperwallet account without violating any policies?

  4. Is there a support channel for suspended users who cannot log in to Hyperwallet?

I am not trying to bypass any restrictions. I simply want to correct my verification mistake and follow the proper procedures.
