How can HDRI backdrop be translated while 'use camera projection' option is turned on?

Hi, I am using HDRI backdrop to incorporate 360 images taken from Drone in scene. The idea is that the models in the level will fit with HDRI. However, when i enable ‘use camera projection’ option, HDRI backdrop will not translate ( i have to adjust couple of units in x,y directions to be able to fit with Models).

If i turn off ‘use camera projection’ option, i am able to translate but elements in HDRI like buildings are bending, its zoomed inward and problems as such. By adjusting values in projection center and size, I was able to get it to working state but its still not up to the mark.

Is there any way that i can have ‘use camera projection’ option turned on and adjust HDRI too ?

Observations:

  1. HDRI will only respond to z position and rotation, size - while ‘use camera projection’ is turned on.
  2. While ‘use camera projection’ is turned off, HDRI responds to all options like position, rotation, size but manual adjustment with projection center, size is being very hard and i am not able to bring it to the level - which ‘use camera projection’ option gives.
