Houdini Building tool / Instanced static mesh Actor output

I’ve been working with the Houdini Building tool recently, and figuring out a workflow dealing with the output. Currently it puts out an actor that indexes a static Mesh, however the only way I’m able to move the individual instances is manually changing the transform values in the settings of the actor.

The images I’ve included shows the Actor that Houdini bakes out, and how I’ve moved one of the instances using the settings within the Actor. I’m hoping to be able to select these individually, possibly place new versions in the world outliner using the positions in the actor. Is the way to go here python / blueprint? Or is there a simpler way?
