Horizontal and Vertical Axis Trace

Hi all, I’ve currently got a setup that allows me to send 4 rays using 1 “Line Trace by Channel” node in the horizontal plane (see image 1). Is it possible to adjust my setup so I can add 2 more in the vertical axis (1 up and 1 down)?

Yes. Basically:

. Forward and back is ‘forward vector’, ‘forward vector’ * -1 ( * distance )

. Left and right is the same with ‘right vector’

. Up and down is the same with ‘up vector’

( Although I assume the vector sets for a sound is just the same as for any other component? I don’t think it’s a special ‘sound thing’ )

I understand that I could add a second “Line Trace by Channel” node to and use the “Get Up Vector” but is it possible to incorporate that into the current setup with 1 “Line Trace” node?

I’ve had a little play around and can’t seem to get the “Line Trace” node to discern which traces to be the horizontal and vertical.
