HLSL programmer to assist with shaders for nonphotorealistic rendering

Hi, I’m looking for someone to assist with custom HLSL code to create a specific nonphotorealistic rendering look in a post-process shader. We’ve done some experimentation with the algorithm needed to produce the look using a simple (but of course very slow) implementation using Python and Numpy for image manipulation, so we have a fairly good idea of how it will need to behave and could supply pseudocode if it’s helpful.
