HLOD culling not working at the center point.

Hello everyone, could somebody help me figuring this out?
I did build the HLOD in a new world partitioned Level in unreal 5.1.1, and when entering the simulation mode to be able to see the generated HLOD i noticed that the map switches to first the HLOD, and then it gets culled, but the parts of the landscape that touch the center lines of the grid in the world partition minimap (the center of the map) just won’t get culled off, this also applies to any object that touches that center map cross, Can anyone explain this? is it like a feature? or a bug?
