HLOD Build Failed. EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION reading address 0x0000000000000160

Basically what the title says. I am working with a World Partition level. I have imported a heightmap and built HLODs successfully once or twice. Made some edits, and when I went to rebuild I keep getting hit with Build Failed errors:

I have no idea what this means and I can’t seem to find much information on it. The only thing that seems to work is basically making a new level and reimporting the heightmap, but then I will lose all my landscape painting work, and since I don’t know what’s causing it I can’t be sure it won’t happen again. Can anyone out there point me in the right direction?

HLOD is being very painful so far.
