Hip Rotation to Spine Rotation?

Hi, I’m wondering if there’s an easy way, maybe some default anim nodes that can be used, in order to take a pose’s hip rotation and apply it to the upper body (like spine 1, 2 and 3 with 33% weighting each). The point is to make upper body animations work with locomotion, so that head and arms point in the same direction as if the upper body animation was applied to the whole body. I know there is a node “apply percentage rotation”, but it doesn’t let me define any ref-pose or anything.

By the way: many things would be so much easier if you could simply READ bone transforms from a pose in the anim graph.
