"Higher Spec Machine" for LODs 0 and 1 MetaHumans

Are there hard minimum limits for a “higher spec machine” to be able to load MetaHumans at LOD 0 or 1?

I’m curious what this means. I’m on a RTX3080, 128 GB RAM and Threadripper with 24 cores. Of course there is 3090 but wtf?
