High RAM usage when rendering .png

I am using a Mac mini m2 with 16 GB of RAM, and when I use Move Render Queue to render a single .png of my scene at 1080p, the RAM usage spikes to 20 GB and then the engine crashes. Any ideas on how to fix this?

What version are you on? I remember a while ago there was a bug with PNGs that would tank memory. Thats since been fixed though.
