Is there an effective method for saving orthoprojections with high quality while reducing file size in formats such as JPG or PNG? I have a problem opening tiff files in Autodesk Revit and Archicad.

is it a problem to open all TIFF files or just the big ones?
If only the big, you can try to split your ortho to some smaller parts.
If all, then there is no other option as use the other formats.
