Me and my friend making a game, and we want to use a high poly model in it. Question is: is there a way to import high poly model from 3ds max 2016 sp3 without any quality losses? Is there any guide how to do it?
There’s nothing functionally different with importing a high poly mesh, but it can take a while to import. You can disable some options when you import which can help, like automatic lightmap UV’s and automatic collision.
But–really consider whether the object you’re importing needs to be as high poly as you have it, usually it doesn’t.
