High-Fidelity ArchViz in Unreal Engine 5: Cinematic Video + PC Walkthrough (VR-Ready)

We are looking for an experienced Environment Artist or ArchViz Specialist to transform a SketchUp design (Custom house/Interior) into a photorealistic Unreal Engine 5 experience.

The initial goal is to produce high-end presentation assets for Desktop/TV, but the project must be structured and optimized for a future VR integration (Meta Quest 3 via PCVR).

Scope of Work (Deliverables):

1. Cinematic Video (Rendered Sequence):

• Resolution: 4K (3840x2160).

• Duration: 30 to 60 seconds.

• Style: Slow, smooth camera pans detailing joinery, lighting, and textures.

• Tech: High-quality render using Movie Render Queue.

2. Interactive Desktop Walkthrough (.exe):

• Format: Windows Executable.

• Controls: First-Person standard controls (WASD + Mouse) for free exploration.

• Performance: Must run smoothly (60+ FPS) on a laptop with an RTX 4070.

Technical Requirements:

Engine: Unreal Engine 5.x (Latest stable version).

Lighting: Must use Lumen for real-time Global Illumination.

Workflow: We will provide 3D Model in SketchUp (.skp) format. You will handle the Datasmith import, UV unwrapping (if necessary), PBR texturing, and lighting.

Future Proofing: The project hierarchy and assets must be optimized (draw calls, poly count) to allow for a smooth transition to VR implementation in Phase 2 (not included in this scope).

Freelancer Requirements:

• Strong portfolio showing Real-Time ArchViz (please share video links, not just static images).

• Experience with architectural materials (wood, marble, glass) and realistic lighting setups.
