Hierarchical Scattering from the 2020 Fortnite Presentation

Ryan Brucks held this presentation on new tools that were being developed back then - from water, actor foliage to RVT tech.

They are all released, except for the new hierarchical scattering he had shown. It would allow nested procedural scattering - ie big rocks would spawn smaller ones around them.

Any chance of getting that into the engine?
