hierarchical instance static mesh collision pre sets

How can i make a hierarchical instance static mesh have collision against creatures from the creature spawner/guard spawner/wildlife spawners? block all dynamic is collision preset by default and i tried many other collisions but it seems to only be blocking my character,not creatures…
creatures cannot climb the stairs,they walk thru walls like if they had no collisions,i tried my custom collision complex as simple and used custom on the preset but it still don’t work,any idea how to get this to work on the creatures like it already does on my character…?normal

solved by changing the transform mobility to static…it was on movable
