This is the same issue that was reported in May: TMNT Sewer tunnel dont work
TMNT Sewer Tunnel is one type of a Hiding Prop and I have this happening not only for TMNT Sewer Tunnel, but also for a Haystack in a different non-TMNT map. Issue is caused by a distance from the prop. When a Player moves too away from it, it stops working for him.
