By clicking on that green play button on top of your viewport. 
There are several versions for different purposes which are indicated by a slight difference on the icon, and you can select the desired feature by clicking on that 3 vertical dots next to it. If you’re asking how to test your game on full screen, you can select the “New Editor Window” option from the menu that pops up when you click on that 3 vertical dots. (which is next to that “Platforms” button btw) If you’re asking how to play the game as in seeing what exactly it will look like when you upload it, you would first need to package it, but I think you wanted to ask my first guess
