Hi, is there any way to fix this or fix this? The camera goes through the door and you see the other side. "Do collision test" is already activated in spring arm

The spring arm should retract and not penetrate (though it may be jerky). i’d check the following:

  • the relative location of the spring arm is, maybe it’s not (0,0,0)… i.e. forward of your character?
  • check the relative location of the camera, maybe it’s not (0,0,0)… i.e. forward of the spring arm?
  • the collision on the door, and make sure the collision moves along with the mesh as it closes

Also, I don’t think this is the cause, but also just confirm the width of your character’s collision capsule, it might be too narrow.
