I could import any file I wanted and work on it. Twinmotion crashed during a import. Since then it doesn't work anymore : nothing happens when I try a new import in a new Twinmotion scene... Any clue ? Thank you so much in advance for your help !

This is a strange issue to have and not sure what could have caused this issue. Did you try restarting the computer and verifying the install of Twinmotion (From the Epic Games launcher) to make sure everything is installed correctly? You can also try to delete the config file and see if that helps resolve the problem?
MAC:
> Access to the hidden library by going in the ""Go"" menu, press Alt key and click on the appearing Library.
- Macintosh HD/Users/usernames/Documents/Twinmotion20XX/Config
- Delete Folder named “Config”
WINDOWS:
- Go to C:\Users\<user>\Documents\Twinmotion 20XX\Config
- Delete Folder named “Config”

Thank you very much for your reply. Everything went well again after having sent the “crash-report” + re-launched Twinmotion.
I’ll might delete the “Config” folder in case it happens again.
