Hey there @Royday! Most games (except some types of games including but not limited to VR games, Adult games, and non-games yet) can apply to publish on the store at the link below. Since the store is still evolving, it is still in closed beta so you’ll have to go through the process. If the game is accepted, you will be instructed on the next steps.
