HI! I had finished a revit project in twin motion a couple of days back and now when i have opened it back again, its missing parts of geometries (like some part over the walls, etc.)

I made a separate revit export and opened it in a new TM file and the model was completely there. Is there a way to fix this?

On just trying to sync multiple times i was able to get some of the missing parts back but not aall of them. I would like to know whta is the issue and how can i prevent it in my further TM use?

I don't use Revit Moell, but ArchiCad, but it often happens that some geometry disappears. These are generally thin-walled geomeria in my cases.

Sometimes I can solve it by selecting the material - not from the image with a pipette, but from the right side of the layers (Scene)

and I set its texture to 2-sided.

imageTry it and let me know if it works for you, I'm interested.....

Thank you for replying bro! i have been stuck at this problem for a week now. I tried making the material 2-sided but its still not working. Also these are really thick walls and slabs. at some places even curtain wall systems

also these geometries are not completely disappearing, they are only partially disappearing. Also, sometimes they show up, sometimes they dont and sometimes the absent one's are here but some other walls are gone

similar problem from earlier:

I corresponded privately with this guy, he sent me the ArchiCad model and we tried to solve the problem.

Unfortunately it didn't work... :(

Hello,

For anyone experiencing this issue, please submit a bug report here and share a copy of the affected Twinmotion file and original model and the support team can look into what may be causing this issue.

Best,

Raghib
