I get an error message when sign into epic games for downloading elements through twinmotion. Can I know whether there’s any problem with my account

The first thing I recommend doing to check this issue is to close Twinmotion and sign out of your account in the Epic Games Launcher, then sign back in and try re-opening Twinmotion to see fi this resolves the issue. Sometimes a bad sign in session can cause issues, so that would reset things.
If the issue persists, please find the log file that gets generated when you receive the error (Where to find Twinmotion .log file) and submit a bug report at https://twinmotionhelp.epicgames.com/s/case-community-page with the log file attached so our support team can investigate.
