Hi I can’t update twinmotion from 2023.1 to 2023.2.0 I paid for update I see blue button in 2023 - “Update” but when I click it shows 2023.2 Community edition and there is no other button to download full version or change community to full ?
Had the same issue myself. Navigate to the Unreal Engine section of the Epic Games Launcher, then go to the Twinmotion tab, and click the Install button for 2023.2 from there. There are evidently some bugs with the launcher interface as the new version was not appearing in my Library either.
Something you may also need to logout completely, make sure the launcher is closed and start again.
I can only start Community Edition 2023.2 that I had already installed. None of proposed solution works :(
Solved, there is new log in site for companies, after log in I clicked three dot's and assign a license 2023.2 to user.
For those that are still looking for a solution go to the Twinmotion tab in the Epic launcher, click the drop down menu with the different versions. The community version is at the top, but the release version is at the bottom of the list.
