Hi, I can't find the "Twinmotion Community Edition 2023.2 preview" update on the launcher. I have been a member since the 2019 version and have always used all versions on time, but this one does not appear. Username: archimarro Thanks for your help.

Hello there and thank you for reaching out, please try the following and let us know if the issue is still present:

1) fully close the Launcher

2) Delete this file "C:\ProgramData\Epic\EpicGamesLauncher\Data\EMS\current"

3) Start the Launcher

Check if Twinmotion is available to download and launch.

I have the same problem on Mac and have re-intalled the launcher, still it does not show for download.

there are no Mac fix instructions yet that I can see, our drives aren't organized the same way

I delete the file "current" and restart my pc. After these it works

In epic Games Launcher go to library then on the right side, filters column, deactivate "installed", the new version should be visible in your versions already installed or not.
