Hi Francesco, I purchased Twinmotion 2022.1.2 and would like to upgrade however in the dropdown from the launcher only the Twinmotion 2022.2 trial is available? I have tried logging out and back in again but still unable to access. Can you help?

I checked internally and the commercial license entitlements under the account/email 'jbstudio1.jb@gmail.com' have been transferred in March 2022 to the account/email 'j.risley@shr.studio'.
