Hello touraj30 and thank you for reaching out :)
May I please ask what method you used to export from Sketchup?
1) You save has a Sketchup file and imported your .skp file in Twinmotion?
2) You've exported using Datasmith exporter and imported the Datasmith file in Twinmotion?
3) You've used the Direct link option with the Datasmith Exporter and Twinmotion?
In Sketchup how was this object set up? grouped? did you move pivot inside Sketchup?
I would love to test your Sketchup file if you could use the "Contact us" button to report a bug and attach your Sketchup file. We will be able to assist you or get this bug reported to the dev team if needed.
Thank you
MC
Thank you MC_Jut
I Saved this model, And after that, I Exported it with Datasmith as a Direct link.
But I did the same way with SketchUp 2021 I could export correctly, but I'm glad to know how can I solve this problem in SketchUp2019 :-)
However, I save that model with SketchUp 2021 on that file, But I will save again And Upload it for you.
I think the normals of your model are mostly wrong. You can see a blue roof on the right house and thats the inside I guess. You can fix that in SketchUp by using ‘Orient Faces’ and also ‘Reverse Faces’.
A lazy way is to use a two-sided material in Twinmotion but that method might lead to unexpected lighting results so best practice is to flip the faces in SketchUp.
