Hi all! If I want to get fast results on the project, what would be more efficient: getting only senior engineers, or considering those who are less senior but result-focused? Why?
I assume you mean software engineer?
Depends on what your project requires. Is your project bottom up or top down?
If top down then you would want a senior engineer, = experienced, as they would be building based on what is needed as far as framework building goes.
If working with in a framework bottom up then result focused would work as they would be working with what has already been developed from the top down direction.
Cost wise though only need one engineers and the rest being told to do.
