The forums are getting destroyed by spammers. Pages and pages of spam nonsense. Ironically, everywhere except in the off-topic forum.
Epic games is working on a solution. But for now we can just delete all those spam threads

As has stated, we are working on a solid solution to fix the Spam issue that we have been seeing on a daily basis. We have tried a couple of different ways to stop the spam, but have been unsuccessful so far. Thank you all for your patience as we attempt to get spam situation figured out.
I was on another forum today also powered by vbulletin and saw they had a way to fight the spam, here is a link to the mod they use ://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=248042, I was just wondering if something like that could work to stop the spammer here as well?
and I actually tried Spam-O-Matic and found that it does not work for our forum setup. is due to the nature of forum accounts being tied to the UE4 accounts. Also, it only seems to scan the posts body, which is why the spammers are now using thread titles to advertise and leaving the body rather empty. We are getting creative and have some potential solutions that is looking into, we’ll keep the community posted.
