E-767 early warning aircraft is an air early warning and control aircraft developed by Boeing. The first prototype of the Boeing E-767 (developed for Japan), based on the fuselage of the 767-200ER airliner, had roughly the same mission electronics as the E-3B and AN/APY-2 radar, and first flew on October 10, 1994. Japan's Air Self-Defense Force began to receive installation in March 1998, a total of four procurement. [1]
