Help with trying to package/launch project

Does anyone know how to stop unreal from crashing and actually get it to package a project for once?
When i try to launch my project Unreal crashes and i get this log.

I’ve tried packaging for windows 32 and for 64, from the launch button, from all different ways.

btw, if you want to know the size of my project (regarding FMemoryWriter does not support…) my project is less than 1/5th the size of many other projects that have been packaged just fine…
