help with preformences

hello everyone.
im a starter with unreal engine, and i have issues with frames per seconds.
on the actual engine im using low graphics so i get great fps (about 60, i dont need more then that).
but when i run the game on windows, it automaticly renders on the ‘epic’ graphics, and i get 2-5 FPS.
my question is, how can i build the game with low graphics, or is there any other way to increase preformences.
im sorry if i have spelling mistakes, english is not my native languege.

thanks, but this link contains only how to FPS in the engine.
i want to get the same results in the compiled game.
