help with mixamo

Hi all guys.
I’ve created a character with mixamo and i ve downloaded it and set it how main character. Now i’ve created some animation ever with mixamo but i don’t know how to use it for animate my pg…someone can help me please?

If you have followed the steps using Mixamo Fuse 1.3 to build your character, in order to get it rigged for Unreal all you have to do is hit the “Animate” button at the top of the Fuse screen. That will start an automated process to send the file to the Mixamo website for rigging. For me the process can take about 5 minutes depending on the size of your character and your uploading speed (i.e. my internet provider gives me a slow UPLOAD speed). Once the website is finished rigging the character, you can then download the rigged character back to your computer. Be SURE to use the “.FBX for Unreal” option and not just the “.FBX” option! That is VERY important as your character will not work in UNREAL unless you use the right option here! Once you import your character to Unreal, let it build a new skeleton if you don’t already have a Mixamo Fuse skeleton on file. You should now be able to get your animation to work properly.

I have to download it in the T-pose? After this?
I have only to import?
And then when i downlaod the animation ever on mixamo(idle run ecc) what i have to do?

The easiest way to use the mixamo character once download in ue4 format is when importing it assign the skeleton from say the animation starter pack if your using that or the third person project character, if you assign it to a skeleton when importing rather than let it build it as said above, all the animations for that skeleton will already be assigned to it making it much easier, especially if your a beginner, then all you have to do once imported is open the character blueprint and change the skeletal mesh

Only one things
I’ve added mixamo to my project and set SWAT as a main character…
Now i want to assign my camera to the head of the character…I go in the parental socket of the cameram and it is empty…Why don’t read the socket of the character?

You can set the position of the camera in the Character Blueprint. With the Mixamo Animation Pack, there is a Master Character Blueprint that allows you to interchange characters. Here is where you can position the camera for your SWAT character:

nono i want to attack him to the head so the camera move as the head(Like if the player see the real movement of the idle,run ecc)

You can you can attach a camera to the character’s head bone if you create a socket for the head bone first. Otherwise, most FPS’s set up the camera as I’ve shown above and then the player just views the animations from behind. For example the arms bobbing up and down while idling, aiming, etc.
