I am currently working on testing the groom into Unreal 4.26. The groom is the Meerkat demo from Weta digital. The Alembic cache I made from maya using their file results in a gigantic file size. The .ua file is also huge. But the Weta digital one is tiny, and is super fast to load into a level.
All I did was to use the “export to unreal” button in Yeti. Is there any other way to set it up? Or am I missing a step that is required?
If anyone out there can answer this, would be great.
