Help with glass texture when using path tracing

Hi all, I'm having problems with my glass and mirror textures when I export path trace. they all seem to be unreflective and blurry. All my reflection probs are in place and they work perfectly if i just export an image normally but not when i use path trace. Any ideas of why and how i can fix this?

Please note glassware on the tables, lights and patio doors.

Thank you for posting your question in the community regarding the mirror and glass materials. The reflection probes are for the raster engine only and do not affect the Path Tracer. I am not sure if there is a bug here or not as I would need further information on the materials and rendering settings. I recommend you also look at the demo Lakehouse retreat scene to help with how the images and settings are setup. Go to the menu File > Demo Scenes > Lakehouse Retreat. Take a look at creating an image in that demo scene and maybe add some glass on the table or look at the bookcase with glass jars. There is also the bathroom with a mirror as an example.

I have tried the lakehouse and have no problem. but when I go into my own files I have the same problem and i have all the same settings.

I've also done several bug reports since this new version has been out and haven't had any help. the program keeps crashing and some files just cant be opened again.
