Help with ESPG:7405 - Getting Error 18001

I keep getting error 18001 (Ground point position is not valid for given co-ordinate system) when trying to import GCP’s into Reality Scan 2.1 using EPSG:7405 however I don’t get this error when importing the same file as EPSG:27700. - Any idea why this would be?

GCP data I’m importing is below

Hi , I was able to reproduce the issue, but I don’t know why it is happening yet. I’ll create the bug report, and once I know, I’ll update this thread.
