Allowing Unreal Editor as much system access as I can

Has anyone else had this issue and if so, did you resolve it? If you were able to resolve it, what was your solution?

Well, I guess I’m just stupid. I know that 80070005 is an access violation of some sort, but I’m thinking in terms of system or administrative access. I think about it some more and then I realize that Unreal can’t access something that doesn’t exist, which includes disk space. The drive I had set up years ago when I first installed Unreal Engine had filled up to the point that there wasn’t enough temporary disk space available to complete the download and application of the Metahuman textures. All I needed to do was change the Derived Data Cache location in the Editor settings to a location with enough disk space.
