Help with Dark Nodes and Electronic Nodes for 5.6 Unreal Engine

Summary

I just purchase Darker Nodes and Electronic Nodes from Fab. But when I try to install them for Unreal Engine 5.6 it says they are not supported.

Will this be fixed, or should I request a refund?

It’s my first purchase. Ugh!

@Herobrine20XX Would really appreciate this too!

5.6 was just released yesterday, so give the plugin author some time to get to it. Alternatively, you could try to fix the compilation errors yourself like I did. If you still have a copy of 5.5 installed, you can install the plugin and copy it to the plugin folder of your 5.6 project so you can edit it in your IDE.
I would give a more in depth guide for you but I’m not sure if I’m allowed to since I’m not the author.

Edit: Darker Nodes works perfectly fine (as far as I can tell) in 5.6 so you would just need to copy the installation from your 5.5 Unreal to your project’s plugin folder. The compilation errors only occur for Electronic Nodes.

I already submitted an update for Electronic Nodes and Darker Nodes yesterday, we just have to wait for Fab approval

If you want to know why it’s not already available, you can check this post: Plugins not available at launch - why?

Thank you so much!

Thank you. I’ll try.

The update has been approved ! You should be able to download the plugins for Unreal 5.6! (If not, try to restart the Epic Launcher)

Thank you for the update! Can’t wait to try these products now.

Hey! I’ve got an issue with my nodes being transparent since I updated to 5.6 - was wondering if you had any pointers?
